Anthony has now established himself as one of the elite players in the NRL. One of the most naturally gifted players in our game, he possesses lighting acceleration, incredible footwork and ball playing skills. The Brisbane born half of Samoan descent, made his NRL debut at just 18 in 2013 for the Canberra Raiders. He had an outstanding debut season, predominantly playing at fullback and was nominated for NRL Rookie of the Year. In 2014 he was included in the Australian Four Nations train-on squad and played for the Prime Ministers XIII in October that same year. Anthony signed with the Brisbane Broncos on a 2-year contract in 2015 and has continued his rapid rise to prominence in the NRL, becoming a key component in the Broncos title hopes in both seasons. Having represented Queensland at 16’s, 18’s and 20’s levels, Anthony’s impressive form was rewarded with his first Queensland Origin cap in 2017.
